I would like to convey my utmost gratitude towards Mr William Toh and his team for managing my brother’s funeral procession very smoothly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to help us out in this time of stress and uncertainty so that my family could focus on celebrating my brother and grieving for him. He was never pushy and kept things simple and clean the way we wanted them to be. He also made it a point to understand more about what my brother was like so that the final day’s send off was extra meaningful with the emcee’s speech and very appropriate songs. Greatly appreciate the help of Zhong De Life Planner for providing such empathetic and sincere service and would highly recommend 👍🏼

My family and I would like to thank William and his team for their time, effort and service provided during this difficult time to help us have a smooth last journey with my grandma. Throughout the process from when my grandma passed away till the last day, William gave us clear instructions and explanations and guided us through it. Everything was well planned and ran smoothly from the 1st day to the last day. He is patient and responsive to our queries too. We really appreciate that they even sent someone down to talk to us to know more about our grandma, and delivered a heartfelt and tear-jerking eulogy on the last day. Thank you once again, we really appreciate it.

I called someone (William) for the first time at 4.30am. I was surprised the call was picked up real quick, and even more so when the voice didn't sound like he just got disturbed and woken up in the wee hour. Instead, it was a voice of empathy, assurance & confidence. That moment, my stress level went down like half, and I got a feeling that we are in good hands and things will be taken care of in the best way. Throughout our interaction with William, I felt a strong sense of benevolence, patience, excellent EQ... Everything was carried out smoothly under his guidance. Instructions and explainations were clear and on point. No confusions. His team also left a great impression. From the kind young lady (who interviewed us to learn more about my mom to prepare a eulogy), to the emcee (he delivered the heartfelt eulogy)...really moved me and made grieving much easier. The music....I was choking and overwhelmed when I heard the tunes because those were the songs my mom liked and often sang out loud to. I believe she must be enjoying every bit of it blissfully. Thank you once again William for taking up a job that the ordinary folks won't because I think after going thru so much experiences, it's beyond a job.

A very big thank you to William and Zhong De Life Planner. It was extremely emotional and sad when my dad passed away late at night. William tirelessly supported us even though it was very short notice and very late. He also made sure we have all necessary support throughout my father’s funeral wake. In terms of the event and planning, his attention to detail, and experience in managing both ancestral traditions and Buddhist funerals helped a lot in ensuring that the wishes of the deceased and living were carried out, and was a very important lynchpin in my father’s final journey. His staff were extremely organised and respectful, and supported us with a memorable tribute to my father’s passing and helped to consolidate our fond memories of him. A special mention of William and his mom who helped us find the perfect resting place for father. My father was a man who asked for very little and gave a lot, and was very careful and considerate of his family. Knowing that the final resting place that he would be in was a clean and dignified place, very much organised to how he was when he was living really helped us a lot. William and his mom were very patient and their attention to detail throughout the entire process helped us closely. We really felt at ease whether it was during the selection of the resting place, the organisation of the funeral and the final farewell. All was done with positive thoughts, detailed attention and sincere hearts.
